Archangel
Archangel is a Nice-based company specializing in catering, owning several establishments, including Caffè Vergnano Nice.
I support the company in the strategic and operational management of its activities, with an approach focused on structuring, optimizing internal processes, and coordinating stakeholders. My work includes administrative monitoring, creating management tools tailored to field needs, and liaising with external partners (accounting, legal, suppliers, service providers, etc.).

Impetus
IMPETUS is a European research and innovation program supporting citizen science initiatives focused on sustainability and ecological transition. Within this framework, I am participating in the Intergenerational Circularity project, developed in Nice, which focuses on the intergenerational transmission of circular skills, in collaboration with Dr. Julia Terlet.
The project aims to understand how skills related to repair, reuse, sewing, maintenance or upcycling can be preserved and passed on between generations in order to promote more sustainable consumption patterns and a culture of circularity.
Beyond environmental issues, the project also explores the role of social connection and intergenerational transmission in the adoption of sustainable behaviors and the valuation of everyday knowledge.

Behaven
Behaven is a consulting firm specialising in the application of behavioral sciences to sustainability issues.
In this context, I collaborate with Behaven on action research and impact assessment projects conducted in Belgium and France, around themes such as public cleanliness, waste management, ecological transition, and other sustainable behaviours.
